Ellgy, the author of 'Pause for Thought', began writing at an early age. Here she is at age three scrutinising her composition on the typewriter, as she writes a letter to her grandparents. She was living in Kalgoorlie, and they were in Melbourne.

 

We are very grateful to Ellgy for writing nearly three years of short, weekly devotional thoughts that she began during the long periods of lockdown experienced in Melbourne during the Covid-19 pandemic.
